We do require you to bring a legible copy of your Sales & Use Tax Permit, like this... if it isn't legible we will not accept it. 


OR

If you are a NON-PROFIT, Attach a Letter from the state where you are registered, or IRS that states that you are a non-profit and what kind.

Non-profit organizations include churches, public schools, public charities, public clinics and hospitals, political organizations, legal aid societies, volunteer services organizations, labor unions, professional associations, research institutes, museums, and some governmental agencies, etc...
