During the current COVID-19 Pandemic, and as of 4/10/2020, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges of any kind until further notice. We apologize in advance.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

The Small Print

Our refund policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ITEMS EXEMPT FROM REFUND:

Food items, hazardous materials, & flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned. Also, any opened or closed kitchen products, packaging or equipment, gloves, hairnets, janitorial supplies cannot be returned. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return does not meet our criteria, we will not refund nor return the package to you. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@togopackaging.com with this subject line, (ORDER NUMBER) – REFUND*. Please enter your order number. *Do not copy and paste this template line.

SALE, CLOSEOUT & CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale, closeout, and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges need to be approved by management. The customer should notify us within the first 3 days after purchase. After 3 days, will not be approved. 

SHIPPING:

To return your product, contact us through the “Contact Us” page. In the subject line type your order number and the word REFUND. A support team member will respond within 1 – 2 business days.

*You will be responsible for the costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**If you are returning an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service (such as FedEx or UPS) or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
